I decided to make Seth a cake for Valentine's Day. As I was making the cake I realized how much I enjoyed it. I was also thinking of all the things I could buy to make my cake making experience even better. Like a cake stand that turns. I'm not sure what it's called, but it has to beat putting my cake on a dinner plate and than placing the plate on an upside down mixing bowl. Anyways my thought here is that I want to become a cake maker. I guess that might be a baker but Ill just specialize in cake making. I'm not very good at making cakes, and actually I have only made like three cool looking cakes. But I still want to aspire to be a professional cake maker. I guess I could just settle for the best cake making mom on the block, if I have too!:)
Cake#1 A rose bunt cake. My fist cake as a married woman.
We got this bunt pan as a wedding gift. Not a very good picture.
Cake#2 An ice cream cone cake. Made for an amazing sister-in-law.
Cake#3 The most recent creation made for my hard working husband who even had to work on valentines. Ps. There's a layer of chocolate frosting in this cake:)

P.S. The pict of your rose bundt cake reminds me of your hallway/kitchen. I kind of miss that apt and the mornings I had to sneak in and use your toilet while sethipher was sleeping. Ahh memories.
